Sunnymead provides a range of services so that clients and their families can choose what suits their needs best at any time and allows for flexibility if circumstances change.

Sunnymead is a relaxed but vibrant community with lots of activities, events and meetings which you may choose to attend. Our dedicated activities coordinators will work in partnership with you to find out your interests and preferences to ensure your needs are met.

Working with Residents, our Senior Activities Coordinator develops a varied programme of events on a monthly basis. You may decide to rekindle an old hobby or try out a new one. From Cookery and flower arranging to armchair aerobics and craft work there is a wide selection on offer for you to choose from.

We are keen for you to maintain social links and relationships with the community outside of Sunnymead and, where possible, we will support you to attend events that area of interest to you. Your spiritual needs are extremely important to us. We have links with the majority of local churches and religious organisations and invite clergy to celebrate the main religious holidays. Regular bible study and prayer groups are part of our activities programme and your own Minister or Priest is welcome to visit you at any time.
