The Home Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Sunnymead, and manages a team made up of Senior Care Assistants, Care Assistants, Housekeepers, Catering Staff, Activities Coordinatiors and administrator staff. Our highly qualified team are set apart for the commitment to providing quality care and their unique understanding of the challenges which growing older presents to individuals.
There is an ethos of continuous professional development development in Sunnymead and, in addition to mandatory training, we strongly encourage and support staff to undertake professional interest training relevant to their job role.
